Last week Sunrise was 30k ahead of Today in the 5-city market. Sunrise was ahead of Today in Sydney by 10k, Adelaide by 13k and Perth by 24k. Today won Melbourne by 4k and Brisbane by 15k.

And were they taking it live? And did they acknowledge (e.g. “let’s join our broadcast partners 1 News’ broadcast they are speaking with…”)?

Most of the footage that has the TVNZ Live symbol was not live, but “a short time ago” while there were multiple live crosses (incl to 1 News reporter) all with Today’s live bug.

Looking back at this incredible career of Former Sport presenter, Timmy Gilbert on YouTube. I wonder why he got the sacked at the end of 2018. Like Alex is great on the show. But I feel like Gilbert brings the fun on the show.
