Today Extra Summer starts next week Monday 11 December. Season final is this Friday.

Should be going for another two weeks, since The Morning Show won’t wrap up until then (and obviously Studio 10).
I remember TMS did very well at the end of last year once Today Extra went to it’s summer series.

Currently the “fill-in” team for this week is keeping up with the TMS first string as competition. While down a bit on usual they are still competitive - yesterday just 3k behind TMS. Shame they aren’t allowed to continue for at least another week.

WA misses out on the show today and Friday (Australia Day) due to Nine’s Australian Open coverage. It’s a shame that the show isn’t shown on 9Gem or 9GO! while the tennis is on.
WA viewers will have to catch up on the new episode via snippets on social media, or wait until the afternoon when the episode is uploaded to 9Now. New episodes will air across the state next Monday.
Today & Today Extra don’t get uploaded to 9Now.

This is the first show of the year with the AO starting at 10am previously and Today extended to fill the gap.

As ratings show, very, very few people in WA watch today or today extra.
This will cause very little inconvenience to the people of Perth.
