It seems like Belinda Russell has been sidelined from Today Extra fill-in hosting too . I guess 9 is wanting to have synergy between Today, WT and TE, but Belinda thrived on Extra and had great chemistry with DC.

Today Extra had a narrow 2k win yesterday with wins across the three east coast markets. The Extra part of the program was +20k ahead. Following Nine Morning News was +10k ahead of Seven’s morning bulletin.

Today Extra was slightly ahead of The Morning Show yesterday (it was a tie after rounding) for the main part of the program. The last 30 minutes also saw a win to Extra by 3k. That helped Nine’s morning news to a 15k win over Seven’s.
