It would’ve been a terrible time for her and Pete professionally and personally, l wasn’t a big fan of either (on Today /Weekend Today) but it is good too see both careers are continuing with different roles.

I personally think enough time has passed now.
I’d welcome a return if that’s what they need to boost the ratings.
That Today report card published alongside that Sunday Telegraph Annette Sharp story is so disrespectful and shameful. If a male journalist had made such comments on the “sex appeal”, hair, make up and wardrobe of the talent they would be rightly pilloried. So much for the sisterhood. Can’t believe that garbage made it to print.

Sharp isn’t a nice person, but really:
She has a proven track record. She constantly slams women television presenters based on their looks. I think she has well and truly earnt that description over the years.

Given her history of attacking nearly everyone in the industry.And l wouldn’t be surprised the ladies she has attacked over the years would be calling her similar words in anger.
That “Report Card” is absolutely appalling…like, something you’d expect to see passed around the playground by a nine year old girl.
Of course, I can’t forget to mention that this is the same columnist who last year tweeted this (I’ve made a screencap just incase it ever gets deleted):
…yet still regularly write articles in The Sunday Telegraph about commercial breakfast TV.

She calls Tony Jones, aged 55, a dinosaur and says he shouldn’t be there. Yet Richard Wilkins is 64 and he should be recalled.
Hilarious that she sticks to her guns even when one comment points out the hypocrisy, given her own age.

Looks like Nine has conceded the all female hosting dynamic isn’t working. Tom Steinfort “will figure much more prominently” from today with Steve Jacobs also set to take on an expanded role, according to Media Diary in The Australian.

Definitely changes already but not as has been suggested. Deb, Georgie and Tom now reading the news stories at 5.30 (not just Tom)- like they used to do.

Until they insert a ticker or flipper, I won’t be watching them.
The fact they stubbornly refuse to put one into the system is ridiculous.

A ticker should be localised, like the one on NBC Today. Examples:
Perhaps one for each of the five capitals, plus the 3 SC regional areas and NBN.
