I’ve noticed that a number of television stations overseas use Australian TV themes. For example Mauritius.
Mauritian broadcaster MBC is the broadcaster serving the French community of Mauritius, and they have a news program called “Le Journal”. Watch the following video between the 21:41 and the 21:52 mark.

Can you guess which theme this is? (HINT: Used on Saturday by the ABC for international news stories)
