If successful, somebody should turn this into a movie.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will end its four-year Australian run on July 9.

I saw Bloom at the Victorian Arts Centre last night. The show written by Tom Gleisner (HYBPA, etc.) and featuring Anne Edmonds. Last night was the show’s final performance and while I am not into musical theatre, this was a really good show even if just to depict, in a sense of dark humour, the grim realities or failures of aged care living.

Fantastic performances from all cast and brilliant staging. As well as scripting the show, Mr Gleisner is also credited with writing the lyrics to the songs.

Hopefully the show gets another run in the future sometime or on tour.
