The King appoints the Governor-General, and state Governors, upon the advice of the Prime Minister (GC), and State Premiers (Governors).
Assent for Bills (which is carried out by the Governor-General and state Governors) may also be reserved for the King.

The Princess of Wales has announced she has completed chemotherapy and will return to some public duties in the coming months.

King Charles and Queen Camilla will visit Parliament House, the war memorial, the CSIRO, and botanical gardens in Canberra, as well as the Opera House and harbour in Sydney during their brief trip to Australia next month.
The royal visit will last five days, starting from October 18.
To each their own but that itinerary sounds like something out of the 60s. 
Because theyâre in their 70s.
