it’s funny - I spoke to my mother-in-law who did autopsies, and “natural causes” would never fly as a cause of death in Australia. it’s a contributing factor, but the cause of death would be “heart attack” or “asphyxiation due to lung cancer” not “natural causes”
It has been known before though in books following her death that she had a bone cancer.
