The Project

Don’t know the top two, but the bottom girls are the Bachelorettes and the bottom guys are a comedian and his dad who have a Netflix travel series together.

She plays Dawn Fraser on Drunk History Australia tonight.

Was there something offensive on The Project last night? They have cut the 10play version by 11 minutes.

Maybe the boring Budget segment? This keeps happening with their shows. Maybe there’s a glitch with their automation.

From the previous Project thread:

American Dylan Hafertepen is suing 10 over a November 2018 report on The Project regarding the death of Melbourne man Jack Chapman. Hafertepen’s lawyer argues the report portrayed the client as a murderer. Hafertepen is seeking general and aggravated damages in the Federal Court.

The Federal Court heard last month that Ten published the clarification in May at the bottom of a lengthy “terms of use” page accessed via a link at the bottom of the website.

Tonight’s repeat airing of The Project will air at 9:30pm in Sydney & Melbourne.

Testing the waters? Or is there a conflict with something else on?

It will be up against Planet America’s two-hour election wrap on the ABC.

Surely tonight of all nights The Project should be doing an updated version for Perth - which would be 9.30 Sydney time.

Maybe they are.

Will this be the first time The Project has been live in Perth?

But The Masked Singer is running overtime, so if The Project is to be shown live into Perth, it won’t start until 6.47pm local time (9.47pm AEDT).

Live into Perth and 17min delay into Sydney and Melbourne I would say.

The Project did not start in Melbourne at 9.47pm. 10 is showing a repeat episode of Bull as scheduled.

Did they show a full hour in the late slot?

They’ve only uploaded 32 minutes on 10play. The show started late because Trump’s speech ran into the start of the show. But for some strange reason, it seems the first 12 or so minutes were not uploaded on 10play.

The same stupid thing they do on 10play with other shows which are cut short on air.

There was also a live show shown into Brisbane; but a lot of the content was the same as the original hour. So perhaps the cut down version is the content that differed while the rest would have been repeats of interviews.

Exactly. I would have thought that the Perth Edition would have been the exact same stories, lines, interviews, jokes, etc. as the Melbourne/Sydney Edition, with the only difference being the latest vote numbers. Same goes for the Brisbane Edition.
