I don’t know if i should be excited, or embarrassed, that my joke of a response made it into the Daily Mail article. They clearly do not know satire.

they literally repurposed TV Tonight’s April Fools Joke last year as an actual news story, so I think we know the benchmark for journalism at the Daily Mail is quite low.
The first time it feels shameful.
Every time after that you’ll cackle with laughter.
Haven’t watched in a while and watching the first time in ages and the panel seems great. Highly watchable and good flow.
Michael Hing is the weakest link.
Think he’s quite good personally.
Tonight he was able to participate in the tech chat because that’s something he is actually familiar with. He struggles participating in most chats though. Unfortunately, the funny clips he finds are almost always not funny.
I have a feeling his producer finds those clips. same ones they find Sam Taunton but its about the joke and how its delivered.
How come we can say Michael is the weakest link but I cant say Waleed is?
Because it’s not true. Waleed can present his stories successfully and contribute to the chat and banter. Hing is often a handbrake to conversations.
Sam mentioned tonight they are making new promos soon. Wonder why and what sort of direction they will go.
Hopefully the complete opposite of how they currently do them, the previous promos have been embarrassing.
That seemed to be a joke because they were interviewing a real estate agent who uses luxury cars like Rolls Royce in his promos. Sam just joked, maybe we should use them for our promos too.
WAY too many Taylor swift stories lately.
They did something a bit different tonight like SNL news and a bit of Cheap Seats where Sam and Nick read out news stories but had punchlines at the end. It was a good segment!
That’s Newsdump. They have been doing it on Tuesdays, feels like Nick Cody writes it himself. For a few minutes the writing goes back to what The Project was in its prime.
Oh see I never noticed it. It definitely works better with 2 people bouncing off each other like SNL
Almost like it works better as a proper news comedy show rather than some lame funny videos with stories about sick kids.
Nick Cody seems to be a favourite now days.
