Thatâs fine if youâre the ABC and can afford to alienate a segment of the audience. Ten needs all the viewers they can get. The show needs a massive revamp and a change in tone if they have any hope of appealing to a wider audience.
I find the far right opinions expressed by the likes of Sky News and 2GB just as irritating and abhorrent.
ABC has big audiences and is the most trusted news source in the country, and itâs not left wing. Which is why I said having a progressive viewpoint is a good thing to have.
Wednesday -
Hamish hosting with Gorgi, Pete and DWTS judge Sharna Burgess.
Clever move.
Hamish Macdonald claiming that there are politicians who say similar things to what Fraser Anning says, and that âsome are in Cabinetâ. He failed to name those cabinet ministers. I think if he is going to claim that there are Anning-types in Cabinet, then he needs to name them.
Which would result in threats to sue from the accused. Been there, done that.
You pretty much summed up the shows arrogance . However totally disagree with you about Steve heâs the only one on there actually providing a difference .
Lol thatâs like saying sky news is not right wing. All the programs that the ABC does is just cater for the left and most of them are too stupid to realise that ⌠like the right wing nuts of sky news after dark audience.
Bias of both channels is disgusting and is in force .
Never realized a lifestyle program like Gardening Australia could somehow have a left-wing biasâŚ
Friday -
Waleed, Gorgi, Dave Thornton and Yvie Jones.
Why do they say âWeâve got loads of Project coming upâ every night in the intro now?
Why âloadsâ? Itâs such a British thing to say. Have they just got a new British producer or writer?
I donât now what they had been saying before but it sounds really jarring.
shit loads?
Itâs better than what they do at the end of ACAâŚ
âStill to come on ACA, [story X]â
*ad break *
âOn tomorrowâs program, [story X]â
Fake news! False advertising! Boycott! Call ACMA!
Thatâs the thing. It can have different connotations in Australia.
Wouldnât it better to say âWeâve got heaps of Project coming upâ instead?
urgh no thanks
Yes, Timâs hair is a turnoff but he doesnât want one from this century.
Can never tell when your serious⌠you donât have a emoji so might be a serious comment.
