Any early scoop on NCIS: Sydney Season 3? –Dee

When I asked showrunner Morgan O’Neill about a most conspicuous local landmark that has yet to be featured on the CBS procedural, this was his excited response: “If you’re a fan of the Sydney Opera House, which I am — it’s one of the great buildings of the 20th century, it opened in the year of my birth, and it’s the iconic building of Sydney — you will not be disappointed by Episode 1 of Season 3.”

Such great news. Must be a 18-20 episode season,

NCIS: Sydney is a 20 episode season as mentioned by Daniel Monaghan

While NCIS: Sydney moving to Tuesday is good news, that also means it could also be subject to the usual scheduling pattern on American television, called Sweeps Week. So it could be on air for 2-3 weeks then off-air for 1-2 weeks, for example.

This makes me think that it will be a full season of min 18 episodes so they can keep the NCIS Tuesday for the tv season (unless they air the Tony & Ziva which is only for P+ on CBS to replace Sydney after maybe 10-12 episodes)

It has been confirmed the new season of NCIS: Sydney will have 20 episodes.

I wonder how it will work. Last season we got it on P+ the same day it aired on CBS but when CBS went on a 2 week break for March Madness, P+ still had new episodes here.

I wonder if the same will happen this upcoming season or if it will stick to CBS for every episode.

Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo appeared at San Diego Comic-Con on Thursday to promote their new show.
