Do you think we are gonna see Matty Johns son in any coverage this year? He seems to be making his name in radio and no doubt nepo hire.

Matthew John left Nine years over a decade ago. I think his son will join his dad on Fox Sports for “exclusives” and “entertainment”, rather than on Nine.

I think Matthew left Nine partly because of his ongoing feud with his brother and also because I think Nine preferred Andrew as well. I think the “group sex” saga that Matthew got caught up in at the time was a factor in that too.

The NRL Sunday Footy Show is back for another year. 11am live start for Sydney.
From the segment on now, the panel are sitting on a couch, with a “coffee table” with NRL merchandise on the table (jerseys and balls) in the middle.

Wow they’re bringing this back. It worked so well with audiences when Erin hosted it. Hope it’s given a chance. Andrew and Brad will Def make it fun.

Bringing it back? It never left. It airs for two hours from 11am every Sunday in the NRL states.
