For a moment I read that as cancelled for some reason.
Today needs to do this too so Karl can talk about his life with his girlfriend.
Why would anyone want to see those bozos unplugged. They are pretty unplugged on the show.
Iâm surprised it wasnât shown on Wednesday night.
Good. Ridiculous airing The Footy Show against live football.
Actually live footy was on live in Perth and Sydney on mate all other states was pay tv only
It shouldnât matter.
It was arrogant of Nine and the ratings proved it.
9 was absurd to air TFS during the afl match. Should never done it - otherwise you will lose more viewers. This could have a huge effect on this show and the ratings.
I couldnât watch, I tried.
Hutchy and Bec are both awkward & too serious and newsy respectively.
Sam has gone off the rails.
So bizarre watching when an AFL game was playing⌠WHAT WAS THE POINT OF PREVIEWING THAT GAME!?
Being beaten by NRL version in Sydney should really ring alarm bells
Doesnât the NRL version always beat the AFL version in Sydney?
He means the NRL version in Sydney rating higher than the AFL version in Melbourne. Thatâs probably never happened before.
Oh I see.
It never will as long as Paul Vautin remains as host.
Also beaten in Melbourne by the actual game on Fox Footy. A scheduling disaster that should have been prevented.
Hutchy actually acknowledged during tonightâs show that they were very shocked at the low ratings when looking at the figures last Friday morning.
Hopefully the show will never be scheduled against a live game again, it was clearly the wrong call. The show needs to be on Wednesday whenever there is a Thursday night game.
Canât believe he said that tbh.
I know the media had been painting him and the show in a negative light, since the ratings last week (particularly the Chief Football Writer at the Herald Sun )
Imagine if it is even lower tomorrow morning, especially below 100k in Melbourne, or worse, beaten by Front Bar!?
Boxer and politician Manny Pacquiao will be live in the studio this week.
Tonightâs episode will have a special tribute to Lou Richards, who died on Monday. Eddie McGuire, Tony Jones and Billy Brownless will reflect on their memories of Lou. Also, Louâs Handball competition, a regular fixture on the Sunday Footy Show for many years, will return tonight.
The show will be on late tomorrow night due to the State of Origin.
