Was just about to ask why he wasn’t going to be on Ninja Warrior next year. Thanks for this piece of information.
Am guessing he’s also leaving Postcards as well.

Yep. Maybe he’s moving to a match broadcaster? 7? Fox?
I can see him ending up on the Front Bar as a guest…
Yeah but that would be freelance/casual, right? I’m asking whether any broadcaster would pick him up for match/shoulder programming.
Yes, just as guest at this stage.
Seven Melbourne may recruit him for a new local travel program, Sunday AFL Show and for their AFL Coverage.
Shane and his family moved to their Byron Bay house around the start of the pandemic, and sold their Melbourne house late last year. I’d say he doesn’t want to make the trip down to Melbourne so frequently.
The Sunday Footy Show returns on March 20 at 11am and will run for two hours.
That sucks. Used to be 10am - 12pm with sportsday after that.
*Sport Sunday
Looks like its back at 10am according to the guides.
They probably copied the listings for the NRL show.
Thank god.
11am is a better idea IMO, so Sports Sunday can air live in Melbourne.

Why can’t the show air on 9Gem right now? Or 9Go?
The Footy Show has afternoon slot in NSW today.
According to the AFL Footy Show Facebook page (technically called “Footy On Nine”), it will air on Nine after the rolling coverage of the Election Announcement. Whenever that will be…
Not sure why they couldn’t air it on 9Gem at 11am? Since they aired Sports Sunday at 10am on 9Gem And instead, are airing the NRL Footy Show instead…
The show started at 11.46am on Nine in Melbourne.
That conversation quickly turned to potential vaccine side effects, with commentator Nathan Brown suggesting there was “a lot of this going on in world sport at the moment” following COVID-19 “booster shots”.
“That’s obviously the word going round,” he added, before host Tony Jones observed that there was also “a bit of [Bell’s palsy] going round”.
“Exactly,” said Lloyd. “Heart issues and Bell’s palsy has gone through the roof since the boosters and COVID issues.”
In an email to CheckMate, Andre La Gerche, the head of sports cardiology with the Baker Institute, said there remained “no evidence of an increase in arrhythmias”.
