The Cheap Seats

I thought the camera switching was better than last season; less looking at the wrong camera; though it did improve as season one progressed.

Agreed. And just hope it isn’t too impacted by soft masterchef lead in.

The podcast version does not seem to be out yet.

Update: it is now!

Just watched this and I’m sorry but the Titus sports section is just so flat! They had months to come up with a better alternative…even beau ryan would be better or perhaps Tony Armstrong from abc….
Who must Titus know to be kept on this gig?!?

Agreed. Titus is just so slow and stilted. The likes of Tony Armstrong, or even Marty Sheargold would be great for sports.

The repeat aired on 10 tonight at approx. 9.40pm. If you missed that one, then you can watch it tomorrow night at 9.30pm on 10 Shake and once that finishes, you can watch it at 10.30pm on 10.

Lucky they don’t run on tapes these days, they’d be stuffed by the end of the seven days.

Denise Scott is special guest today.

I was very anti Titus (before) when this show started, but he has deffo warmed into the role IMO. Its not the same vibe as Mel’s segment, but I don’t think it necessarily needs to be, for sport.

First segment was gold. Crying with laughter.

Denise has Covid. What does that mean for the show?

Chemist Warehouse should be on standby to send Tim and Mel care packs.

Maybe a clear screen between them and guests?

I doubt they will make any changes. They are probably already doing regular RATs for themselves and guests.

Melanie has just recovered from Covid as elk, so I would say she would be fine. I saw studio crew still wearing masks as a precaution also.

Melanie is on The Project tonight as well.

Mel was in hysterics tonight.

Mel Tracina also had four or five attempts in starting the movie news segment. I am not sure if some of them were deliberate (Mel Tracina being interrupted by Melanie Bracewell a couple of times).

I don’t feel like they’re in the same groove as they were towards the end of the last series. Finding it a little try hard this series.

Really good show tonight (as always).
