Property did not settle. Nothing ground breaking. Nothing new to the world either.
Of course there would be a clause in the contract that these contestants sign and I would be amazed if it’s Nine footing the prize money.

The lady who bought J&Ts house is an international con woman. She gave the network fraudulent payment details of the property.
She is also not a cyber security network and has fraudulently taken money from “lovers”
Scotty says that they are still the winners of the auction, they will get that $100k prize money.
The house will go back on the market, but there are no other details on if J&T will receive the $1m prize money
The woman was present at the auction.
I wonder if the next season will be an all stars season. Apparently there were a few franchises considering an all stars next year.

I think this may be based on the fact that the underbidder’s bid was apparently still higher than the sold price for the other four houses. Mind you, if the new sold price is less than the second highest house price you’d hope that they would at least share the money with the other team.
Scott Cam was doing the full PR thing on ACA last night, claiming that the house will probably sell for more than it did originally because the housing market has increased so much recently. This may be true, but seeing all the hype and excitement of the TV auction has now passed, it may be hard to generate such excitement again. That said, maybe Danny will buy it?

Not really. The opening bid was from that IT guy Danny and his bid was $910,000 above reserve.
Didn’t he get in trouble when he got home after buying that house?

give this person any airtime at all ever again.
I really think she has done this to raise her profile and is some form of controversial activist that will user her newly elevated fame to make some noise.
Greens/Climate/Vegan or whatever. Expect to hear more from her in the future, whatever her agenda is.
The media loves people like this, especially the Daily Mail so will probably bow to her needs.

I’m surprised the producers were so patient with her. From what I understand she didn’t even pay the deposit, despite providing paperwork to support her claim that the payment was made. You’d think they would’ve stopped this weeks ago but they were way more patient with her than I would’ve been.
I agree though, this won’t be the last we hear of her unfortunately.

I am not sure of the laws here but could she not be facing some sort of charges for fraud?
Will we see a Spin-off involving Rundown Shopping Strips and Turning them back to Life? This Competition involves Small Businesses in these Neighbourhood areas.

Could well be. Herald Sun has identified three teams competing in the new season: Luke and Josh Packham from Love Island Australia season 2, Ronnie and Georgia from The Block 2017 and Mitch and Mark from The Block 2019.
