Single Women and Men between the ages of 21-50

You must be willing and available to be filmed for the duration of the series. Filming will roughly commence July-August of 2023 and may take up to 12 weeks.

Interesting that the producers have increased the age limit to 50.

50 year old Bachelor with all those younger ladies.

That is gross

Maybe there will be 50 year old women?

Love is blind.

Or only one woman for The Cougar, oops The Bacholerette.

According to Sunday Herald Sun’s Fiona Byrne, The Bachelor is moving base again, this time to Melbourne. It will be supported by VicScreen’s Victorian Screen Incentive.

Melbourne, Will You Accept This Rose?

Australia Has A New Matchmaking Capital As The Bachelor Franchise Says Yes To A Fresh Address.

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it’s cupid’s arrow flying straight into Victoria. That’s right, move over Paris – Melbourne is the new city of love with the swoon-worthy news that The Bachelor franchise is filming its next series in Victoria.

For the first time in the franchise’s history, roses will be handed out on Victorian soil and romance will blossom in the Creative State.

Host, mentor, love guru, and unofficial therapist, Osher Günsberg, will once again return to help the nation’s lovesick singles find their match. If you thought Melbourne’s laneways were colourful and character-packed, just wait until you see the next season.

Osher Günsberg said: “The secret with longevity in any relationship is to never take the other person for granted, and always be ready to re-invent the relationship as your needs change over time.

“The relationship between The Bachelor franchise and our audience is no different, and taking this love story to Melbourne builds on the world-first season we have just seen, allowing us to take Australia’s most romantic dating show to places it has never been before.”

Move over Melbourne coffee, because The Bachelor franchise will be spilling the tea in this piping hot new season.

Senior Vice President Content and Programming, Paramount Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), Daniel Monaghan, said: “The Bachelor franchise has been filmed in some of Australia’s most idyllic locations, and this year we are thrilled to share the love with Victoria. We can’t wait for viewers to fall head over heels for The Bachelor franchise against a whole new backdrop.”
Caroline Swift, Head of Entertainment, Warner Bros. International Television Production Australia, said: “Filming The Bachelor franchise in Melbourne gives us the perfect backdrop for love to blossom; a beautiful, sophisticated city filled with incredible restaurants, secret sexy bars, art galleries, live music, the list goes on. This season will highlight all that this incredible city has to offer for the most romantic series yet.”

Victoria’s Minister for Creative Industries Steve Dimopoulos, said: “The Bachelor franchise is set to bring Victoria’s spectacular locations to the screen but behind the scenes there is also a great story to tell. The series will provide jobs for more than 100 Victorian crew members as well as placement opportunities for our next generation of screen industry workers. We look forward to adding The Bachelor franchise to the year-round pipeline of screen projects that call Victoria home.”

As the new destination for destiny, Melbourne just got one more reason to be Australia’s most liveable (and loveable) city.

Season 11 of The Bachelor franchise has been attracted to film in Victoria by the Victorian Government through VicScreen’s Victorian Screen Incentive and is produced by Warner Bros.

And there will be even more roles - on set paid development opportunities will be on offer, with early-career practitioners given the opportunity to hone their skills on the production.

The series is set to display both Melbourne and regional Victoria’s stunning landscapes to audiences across the nation and the globe.

Whether it’s a group date or a single date, the beloved matchmaking show will showcase the state’s must-see destinations and reveal plenty of hidden gems.

This may be total BS (she has been rumoured many times before) but would totally watch if it was true .

Radio queen Jackie ‘O’ Henderson ‘set to star on The Bachelorette’

Why on earth would she do this to her ‘career’? Makes no sense.

Daily Telegraph/Buzz Rothfield writing in today’s paper that Braith Anasta (NRL 360 host and Fox League Sunday anchor) has declined an offer of $500,000 to appear as the next ‘Bachelor’.
