With an elimination at the end of tomorrow night’s episode (in Blue Mountains), that would leave four teams with four episodes to go. Does it mean there will be two consecutive non-elimination episodes next week?
Could also be a double leg, but no doubt we’ll see more non eliminations.
Where do we reckon the finale will be? Noting that the contestants were seen in Canberra during filming, which hasn’t aired yet.
C&A were a bit insufferable tonight.
Just tonight? By far the most irritating team left.
Two dance challenges in a row was a bit rich. Good on A&A for calling out the obvious. And even with all that production help, C&A still couldn’t finish first.
Oh, absolutely. I should’ve said more insufferable than usual.
The second one is definitely a dressage challenge, I think the teams would not have heard of that before.
Maybe if it weren’t on a hobbyhorse
Hoping Skye- Blue and Jake or Ashleigh and Amanda win. By far the most likeable teams.
A possible clue to the next team eliminated, in the advert where Beau tells the team they’ve been eliminated I noticed he was looking at someone taller than himself, so I assume this means the girls and C&A make it to the final four. Skye-Blue and Jake maybe?
If it is who you say it is, then channel 10 need to do a lot more better in their promos because they pretty much gave away Mj & Chelsea’s elimination last sunday, in that promo it clearly showed Mj & Chelsea clearly looking dejected at the pit stop, while showing Aleisha from chris & Aleisha holding her hands in her head looking surprised like she & chris weren’t last at the pit shop.
Looks like the finale will indeed be in Canberra. The remaining teams would visit south west Sydney in Tuesday’s episode, according to the local paper.
Here are the synopses for next week.
Sunday 21 March
In their first challenge, the teams are locked up in the Old Dubbo Gaol. To receive their next clue, they must plan the ultimate prison break and evade the ever-vigilant guards.

Monday 22 March
An ultimate Aussie challenge is the only thing standing in the teams’ way, as they all must hilariously do an epic shoey out of a women’s high-heeled boot in the race to the next Pit Stop.
(Teams would travel to Broken Hill and Silverton)
Tuesday 23 March
In the race to the next Pit Stop, the teams need to muster the courage and embrace their inner performer as they hit the stage singing, dancing, and even completing one hell of a Hollywood stunt.

Dammit
Hope the girls take it out now, or the cowboys.
I’m rooting for the girls. Easily the most consistent, best performing team of the final 4. Plus they’re positive, entertaining and work well together.
Both the Cowboys and Sikhs have finished in last place but were saved by a non-elimination. IMO there’s an asterisk against your name after that happens (especially when there’s barely a penalty for finishing last).
Sikhs are my favourites but anyone to win except Chris and Aleisha.
Particularly this season with so many non-elimination rounds. I’m very suss on the producers making some of these eliminations up as they go to save or eliminate certain teams. There’s just so much room this season to move things around and there have been a couple of non-eliminations that had no penaltys (salvage/sabotage) that just felt suss to me. Plus Beau admitted to them doing this last season.
But they have to have a lot more non-eliminations because there are lot more episodes this season. Plus, they wouldn’t make the decisions to keep or eliminate teams lightly considering they need to know how many participants will be taking part in upcoming challenges to be prepared for them and to keep the extra camera crews needed to follow them around.
Beau admitted to doing this last season though, so I’m just saying it wouldn’t be hard to fudge an elimination around (especially if they aren’t travelling far the next day keeping a crew on wouldn’t be too hard and most are probably still being utilized in other ways anyway).
Yes he did but people are now speculating that it happens on every leg of the race which I’m sure is not true either. I’d say that when the show starts off they would have a lot more camera crews to when they get to the end. Also, many challenges are dependent on having a certain number of teams still in the race so there has to be a majority of predetermined eliminations.
Instead of having so many non-elimination rounds, couldn’t they have had more challenges that start the next day and the couples have to put their name on a white board for a time slot (as they have done many times), & that be the end of the episode? So each leg goes over 2 episodes.
Laughed out loud at the cowboys during the hoola hoop challenge. So funny.
Also Beau’s faux pas at the end when he asked the guy with him at the pit stop if he’d ‘ever ridden a cowboy’, to which he replied ‘do you mean a cow??’.
