9:10 is too late for something that they’re pinning their hopes on to help them get the NRL rights. Needs to be 8:30pm, live online or on 7Mate.

It will normally be on 7mate at 7.30 in NRL markets - just not ep 1 as there is cricket.

Still no sign of a promo in Brisbane and Sydney??
The first episode will stream on 7plus at 7.30pm AEDT on Monday, according to captions for upcoming programs shown during half time of the AFL tonight.

Most likely the clips used within the promo are from some form of non-broadcast pilot or run through filmed on the AFL version’s set within Rainmaker’s Melbourne studios. Not saying the set will be altered in any way but a replica set may have been well under construction at Rainmaker’s Sydney base in preparation for the NRL version’s premiere.

Channel 7 has dropped the ball before kick-off.
The network’s new NRL show, Agenda Setters, is being filmed in, wait for it, Melbourne.
It is understood that production of the new show will eventually move to Sydney once a new set is completed but remain in Victoria for the early episodes.
