Yep nothing says like money, when you public support a player who’s lied about getting into the country… T.A have no balls. (so to speak).

It’s fast becoming an episode like Days of Our Life’s. just keeps going around and around.

Pretty much our legal system right there. Frustrate the taxpayers who are the ones paying for all of these shenanigans.

Ideally, if he loses, Novak should be made to also pay for all the resources used since the initial decision was made, from within the immigration department, the minister’s time, the courts and judicial time/resources. All could have been avoided if he actually took COVID seriously, but it’s a joke to him.

Tennis Australia obviously have their own interests, no way they would not want him there.

So much talk about special treatment with immigration, how about special treatment in the legal system?

Would any average Australian be able to demand a 3 judge panel on a Sunday with 24hrs notice just to meet a work commitment?

Our current Federal government are scum and I hope they lose big at the upcoming election.

Good on this senator for speaking out

Power hungry bureaucrats and a largely pedestrian media have fuelled fear in our community for two years.

Novak Djokovic is no threat to anyone in this country (other than his rivals in the Australian Open).

Whether you like Novak or not is immaterial. The world is watching.

Speaking to Sanja Lubardic on Serbian morning television about the decision to cancel his visa.

So what is your personal opinion about Djokovic? Do you think he should have been allowed entry?

Yes, because the government has now admitted that his Visa and exemption weren’t a problem. The reason given for cancelling his Visa a 2nd time is that him staying will incite antivax tendencies and encourage people not to take their booster shots and lead to further anti vaccine protests. Which is utter BS.

Also Alex Hawke is using quotes Novak made in 2020 in their argument, yet this video from 2021 has just gone viral on social media.

This sums up exactly how I feel about the whole Novak saga

edit note: this will limit the federal govt appeal if unsuccessful

Same for Djokovic.

If djokovic winds this, I wonder if Dan Andrews would make a move and void medical exemptions to the Australian open?

Imagine, the feds take on all the humiliation, but Victoria claims the scalp.

Lol, Rukshan. He’s loving it. He’s found new supporters of his “independent jounralism” to fleece. These people will find a way to spin the situation to suit their agenda.
