The one doing the Hot Seat promo for tomorrow night sounds different 
Could just be me.
I think he might do the Nickelodeon ones.
I also noticed it on a Survivor promo.

I think the small picture is basically the guidance being sent to the production team on what text to put in.
They somehow managed to air the version that still has it intact.

No different to how Nine used to do billboards that were for 9now, I think they even still run some on 9Life.
