Not sure what the appeal is with Paris. Really don’t see the hype. There’s other reporters way better and worth the fill in opportunities on weather.

10 today had former Triple M Cairns presenter Bec Dent reporting live today for Midday.
Shows they really should have sent someone up there to take over from Georgina Hill after she came back.

The problem for all media was AFAIK the airport was closed as well as roads to the area. Matthew said he was on the first flight allowed in.

So tacky
Look it doesn’t look great at that angle and just looking at a cap, but don’t agree it’s tacky.
On-air it doesn’t look bad and is only seen briefly, plus it’s a good thing that they still actually have camera operators than just robotic cameras.

Totally disagree - keeps things fresh and interesting using different angles and it’s great to get behind the scenes glimpses. Been trademark 10 for as long as I can remember.
