Who was the ones doing project last night
Thatās very much a matter of personal opinion.
While 10 News First has Sandra, Hugh, Bathie & Media Spyās favourite LK, Nine has Pete, GG, Deb, Davina and Jayne. By a very slim margin, Iād personally say that Sydneyās highest rating news service just happens to have the marketās highest quality presenters.

Whilst youāre right about Pete, Deb and Georgie.l these are unknown unless youāre an avid Nine watcher. They are not really national readers who have had very high profiles. Ten have Sandra, Hugh, Chris, Natarsha. Davina and Jayne havenāt really had their own bulletin before.

I donāt get the love for the male presenters on the east. Overton, Hitchner, Riminton, Fergo etc. Granted Iām a born and bred Perth boi, but Iāve never understood the mega appeal of those guys.
I think Ten does a better job of making their talent more known on the national scale. Moreso due to their model with being less on the local front at times.

Davina Smith has only been the regular presenter of Nineās 4pm Sydney bulletin most days during the year (surely that has to count?). Granted that Jayne Azzopardi is probably known more for her reporting, but she has getting more presenting time on Nine this Summer - Iād personally argue that Davina & Jayne are likely to be more recognisable amongst mainstream Sydney than some presenters on 10 News First.
In any case, the question of which network has the best presenters (and reporters - knowing that you donāt really like Mike Dalton on Nine while heās very much a āIf he speaks, Iāll listenā type for yours truly) is again very much one open to personal opinion and interpretation. But thatās not a bad thing, because it makes for very interesting forum conversations! 
Yes all open to opinion. I wouldnāt recognize davina or Jayne in the street or shops if I bumped into them whereas the main ten ones I would.
As for Dalton. You might like him but heās just cringe and not know for reporting hard news, rolling coverage, international breaking news. Heās a joke. On par with the terrible tim Bailey in terms of cringe.

Just remembered in my head that around the end of this month Sandra Sully will be celebrating 30 years at 10.

One of my favourite newsreaders (and I live in Victoria) and a true class act.
Wonder how theyāll celebrate it? Another This Is Your Life on Studio 10 (doubt it). Probably a national story and look back.
