I mean, they had originally announced it as:

10 at 10: The Late News from 10.00pm on 10 Play, and on 10 from 10.30pm.

I’ll never understand this network sometimes, about 3 hours ago they posted last nights coverage of the Queensland Floods to socials across Facebook and YouTube - what’s the point?

The info is old, new warnings are out there now, more evacuation orders, no updated information etc. They usually don’t have anyone sharing stories from the weekend bulletins across digital so to post it almost 24 hours later is just so bizarre.

With the locally presented bulletin, 10’s Brisbane News seems to be better able to respond to late breaking news events. Last night’s bulletin closed with a shark attack north of Brisbane that featured traffic helicopter vision and a cross to the newsroom. On Seven and Nine the reporting opened both bulletins with newsroom crosses, though with later developments in the story.
