Can’t see SCA retaining this given they quietly dropped the remaining TV production roles at Bendigo, Gippsland and Albury this year.

Still have the issue that SCA still houses it’s radio operations in the same building, meaning that they wouldn’t gain the studio buildings, unless SCA created space for 10’s sales teams, etc in their buildings.

This week by contrast the first few days were in the 30,000s then Thursday shot up to 50,000 one of the best results of the year - so still a volatile market. I suspect the royal tour coverage on Seven and Nine may have impacted 10’s afternoons this week.

Queensland got standard updates (so far) despite getting a local bulletin later that wasn’t mentioned.

Looks like they inserted the Qld section into the main bulletin and Sharyn will only be doing the live updates through the night on 10 Qld. Pretty tacky. But maybe they couldn’t control another bulletin.

No reason why they couldn’t do what they usually do on weeknights and pre-record the opener for QLD like they usually do on weeknights.
