Oh, so they are using YouTube still.
I remember there was a short period not too long ago where they stopped uploading.

Yeah it was just a couple of days where there was a break, and at first they werenât uploading on weekends (likely due to resources) which extended the break in uploading but that seems to have changed of late too.
Theyâre live streaming news conferences on there too, but you wouldnât really know about it. A half hour one with Daniel Andrews yesterday achieved a whole 125 views apparently.
None of their videos seem to be getting picked up by Youtube either to feature in the Breaking News section anymore, where almost all major news outlets in Australia are featured.

10 would be better served moving away from trying to do local news and do a beefed up national news that reaches more people

When was the last time a national news out of Sydney was run on a commercial network in Melbourne in early evenings?

Are you saying there will be no localised updates during the day/evening?
Thereâs no presenters and no studio. So, thereâll be nothing coming out of Brisbane.
As for the two remaining studios doing five updates every hour, then 20 updates in the 4pm hour⌠well, anythingâs possible I suppose.

Is it possible to insert news and weather tickers from the local level on top of the centralized content? At least something.
