Fingers crossed this “exciting innovation” is a new set (IIRC the current one is around five years old, so surely it’s time for an upgrade?) and/or HD!

I don’t know if it would be a new set, I would be very surprised for that to be launched on a Friday…
and the turn around for the installation I’d be concerned if it was done in 24 hours…
For all we know, they could’ve been building a new set over the past few weeks in a new location (or possibly the location of the pre-2014 set - which was much bigger than the current shoebox set).
Or, it could just be an announcement tomorrow that a new set is coming on X date.
I know not of what you speak…
It could possibly be a new set located in the other studio, where they use to do the news from 5 years ago. They might just have a story on it tomorrow night, then launch it Monday ?

It’s much bigger than the current studio…
It’s certainly no Sydney, but when you look at the scale of the elements, you can still build something quite nice.

If we are talking about the Kaplos and Walden era studio. That one is tiny.
That old set there hands down has to be one of my favourites in Aus TV
