I think Fresh Off The Boat skipped a Christmas episode too. Episodes numbers are all over the place when I go to Tenplay.
For a 9.30pm show (Life in Pieces) does it rate ok ? This show could be on primetime Sundays …like 7pm or something.
Life In Pieces moves to 8.30 from Monday. Generally the 1st ep does okay but then the second episode does terrible figures in the 100k bracket
Does it do ok though, or is it the fact that Have You Been Paying Attention runs over?
I actually like Life in Pieces. If Modern Family ends in a season or two I can see this show being a replacement for me. Stories are short and easy to watch.
I enjoy it too. Ten just havent treated the show well enough.

You are right the second episode dives which is very interesting considering both are new episodes. A good place to investigate the figures.

Oh really? I was sure it runs overtime. Could be wrong. I noticed last weeks episode ran about 5 minutes over.
well his definition of running over time is by the show not starting at the advertised time.
Running past the advertised finish time has no effect on the published overnight ratings if Ten’s EPG is accurate. It is only when the broadcast EPG doesn’t match what is being shown that ratings numbers are off. I haven’t noticed the final numbers for HYBPA being adjusted by very much.

Thanks for that. I wasn’t sure if the EPG was correct the last few weeks.
The last HYBPA got adjusted down 5,00 and the previews week it went up 2,000, no adj the prior week.

its a reflection on the EPG. If the show goes over by the EPG then it is over-running IMO
But isnt the fact something is says it will start at a certain time an indication it will begin at that time.
Anyway I was sincerely asking a question about whether Life in Piece was adjusted down. Many of channel 9’s programs are adjusted significantly and I wondered if the same happened with life in pieces. I rarely look at the EPG to be honest anyway.
