And Seven have just Two New US Shows in their 2017 schedule and none of them debut in the Fall.
None of those shows are fast tracked. If itās more than 24 hours after US broadcast itās already too late. All US shows should be getting the Game of Thrones treatment - live fast tracking with evening encore.
But you have to realise that we are in Australia and we canāt just kowtow to America. If we did that then thereād be no Australian content on television. Weād just be broadcast American shows day and night. The audience is so small anyway, so itās not worth their while.
Pay TV can afford to do that because they have so many channels and so much air time to fill. However, you will note that even with pay tv, most American shows donāt get that sort of treatment anyway.
Itās only the really big hits which have a huge following where they do that. And thatās just to protect the potential audience. Most American imports get scheduled whenever.

I wonder what Tenās plans are for This is Us, since they did run a couple of promos about a month ago.
I think the Spike reality series āBar Rescueā would be good summer/filler content for Ten - very entertaining series (if somewhat formulaic) and there are hundreds of episodes available. It currently airs on Foxtelās A&E channel.
Iām a big fan of Bar Rescue, although it might be too American for an Aussie audience, even as summer/filler content.
Although perhaps Ten might look at a local version (Pub Rescue?)

Donāt know much but it seems that ten have dumped All Star Family Feud at 7:30 Sundays. Modern Family (the sauce episode for what must be the 3rd time this year) will replace it.
ALL star FF back to 6.30 Sunday, Modern Family to 7.30.

I actually think the new episodes have been moved to Mondays 7:30 and repeats 6:30 Sunday.
I cannot wait until the NEW Russel Coight series airs next year!

Out of curiosity can I watch the old episodes on Tenplay?
Not at the moment but maybe if they run the whole series again on One before the new season starts.
