Ten Network - Programs and Schedules

Trying to be moderately competitive

I think Bev and the team would be heavily offended by that comment lol.

Honestly, the fact they aren’t trying anything News wise between 6am and 9am speaks volumes to me.and before the people use the Today and Sunrise argument, I will bring up TVAM which was on during the late 1980s in the GMA/Today era.

Yes times have changed but I still think a compact edition offers something different than a 3+ hour program

They have tried many times and it was an expensive exercise for a miniscule audience. Fact is the news seeking audience is already serviced by Seven, Nine, ABC and Sky News in that timeslot.

How do we know the soaps aren’t going in the early slot up against sunrise? May be good counter programming - the oldies that watch that stuff would be up at that time right???

We won’t know until the schedules are released in the coming weeks. Days will most likely be around 17th June and Y&R 15 July

@TV.Cynic Has there been a late change tonight for the soccer? 10 has a watermark saying 7pm tonight during the repeat of Deal or No Deal right now.

Edit: Nevermind. Just returned from a commercial break now saying 7:30pm.

Free advertising for Commonwealth Bank there, wonder how much that exposure and airtime would ordinarily be worth!

Does seem odd to have the team sponsor name like that.

They have other commerical arrangements with CommBank with their saturday night ad funded show The Brighter Side, could be why they chose to add it in this instance.

Decent that they’ve got at launch a months worth of episodes, and 6 month back catalogue by the end of the month.

All episodes from May will be available from June 3, with a back catalogue of episodes spanning back to December also available to watch by the end of the month.

New episodes will drop 9 am, Tuesdays - Sundays, and will be available for you to sit back, relax, and get all caught up on the lives, loves, lies, and laughs of the citizens of Salem.

It is great. Mum has been away and desperately been binging to catch up. I just called her to let her know 10Play will have them.

Surely it’s Tuesdays - Saturdays (and not Sundays). There is only 5 episodes a week in the US.

10 will go straight into FBI International season 3 next Wednesday. It is the final season to feature Luke Kleintank as the International Fly Team Leader Scott Forrester.

A good schedule for Sunday to Thursdays, with new content airing.

Fridays back to airing HYBPA at 7.30pm. Followed by double repeats of Graham Norton? Sigh…

Late News: A delay of 2.5 hours since it’s original airing of 10pm on 10Play. Why bother?

It’s 12:30am, why not? Better to have first run content there than say a repeat of The Project. Late News would arguably be more up to date.

I mean its filmed and paid for, might as well get a slot out of it.
