Ten Network - Programs and Schedules

Crazy last minute rescheduling by Ten. How do they expect fans to stick with shows when they have three different timeslots in one week?

The way Ten are programming Neighbours in the morning they are going to end up losing viewers.

Perhaps they need a Saturday lunchtime or Sunday morning encore (at say 8am) if the weeks episodes to make up for any further time shifts for Neighbours

EDIT: Ten listed an encore of the weeks episodes of Neighbours at Midday today (Sunday). Whether or not this will change in the future will depend on the programming department at 10

According to reports, there is speculation that Deal Or No Deal could be airing on Ten at 6pm with either Peter Hellier or Carrie Bickmore as host.

If the speculation pans out, Carrie Bickmore is the favourite. However, game show history in Australia is against her as I cannot think of a single game show that is slated Monday to Friday to have a female host, all the game shows I can think of have a male host, with females at best being co-host. The first female host of a game show in Australia that I can think of is Cornelia Frances (someone correct me if I am wrong).

Just because it hasn’t happened before doesn’t mean a game show can’t have a female host. For the record, I just don’t think Carrie would do this type of show but I could be surprised and proven wrong.

Personally, I agree with you. I’m thinking that there could be some out there wanting to know what she is planning to do next and the idea that she would do it could come from 2 factors

  1. Her previous ties to Ten: and
  2. Kerrie-Anne did Greed, which clearly wasn’t something anyone expected and didn’t last long at all.

I think people need to remember just because one person from a similar genre will do something doesn’t mean someone else will do it.

The synopsis for FBI seems to be for episode 16, not episode 15.

Also, coming up is episode 17 of the current season of FBI, part of the triple crossover with FBI: International and FBI: Most Wanted.

What kind of schedule is this? Talk about a lost cause.

What is going to replace Shark Tank in the Tuesday 7.30pm timeslot? Surely not The Dog House Australia again.

Probably masked singer. Then masterchef will probably air sun to tues for 3/4 weeks

I don’t think 10 will suddenly be tempted to increase the number of nights given their strategy of just running 1 night a week this year so far.

And I’m guessing you mean Dessert Masters? I can’t imagine it airing more than 2 nights / week. Less would be ideal cause I think it’s fairly niche content.

The Masked Singer aired on multiple nights a week last year. Three times in Week 1 (7th, 8th & 9th of Aug), three times in Week 2 (14th, 15th and 16th), four times in Week 3 (21st, 22nd, 23rd & 24th), and final in week 4 on the 28th of Aug.

I don’t think The Masked Singer will only air once a week for 11 weeks. It will move to multiple nights a week soon, id imagine.
