Also interesting that Michael & Courtney were part of The Cook’s Pantry hosted by Season 6 runner up Matt Sinclair, produced by Creative Media Productions which also aired at 4pm on 10.

Tonight’s TBA is another encore of Playing for Keeps from last week.

Good schedule.

Agree its good they are doing Studio 10 on Saturday. Still a little against the fact they are doing the project from Flemington and not sure how Studio 10 has sat in terms of horse racing in the past - but they have always come across as pretty neutral in the certain debates.

Do we think the following week will just have extra episodes of The Amazing Race?

I think Jamie’s Ultimate Veg will return the following week as well.

I wonder if 10 would have been better off launching a CBS title tonight or even launching Playing for Keeps and airing it 3 nights a week off the Melbourne Cup.

10 have some new shows from CBS; Evil and All Rise. Not sure if they aired Magnum PI either. But surely they could have launched something tonight. I know they probably want One Born Every Minute to do well but they could have still had that at 9:30 and then settled this US show on a Thursday night. Similar to what 7 did with The Good Doctor.

I think Foxtel has the rights to All Rise and Magnum PI.

There must be something 10 could have launched though. Today there will be people that have never watched 10 in the last 2-3 year turn the channel to 10.

New US sitcom The Unicorn premieres on 10 in two weeks’ time, taking over from The Bachelorette. The series premiered in the US in late September with six episodes aired so far.

The Unicorn

New Comedy Series Premieres Wednesday 20 November At 7.30pm

This Unicorn Is Getting Back On The Horse.

The world of dating can be a cruel one. You can be dumped, stood up, ghosted and gaslighted. There are playboys, cheaters, commitment-phobes and con men. But every now and then…you stumble across a unicorn.

Meet Wade (Walter Goggins, Justified, Sons of Anarchy ), one of the very few living unicorns. He’s a devoted single dad, gainfully employed, attractive and comes with a proven track record of commitment.

A year after his wife has passed away, Wade’s friends decide it’s time for their mate to get back in the game and nudge him into the world of dating.

Wade has so many other parts of his life figured out, but how will a man who was with the same partner for over 20 years adjust to the new online world of love? And just what will his daughters make of him moving on from the memory of mum?

Crammed with an amazing cast including Rob Corddry ( Hot Tub Time Machine, Ballers ), Omar Millar ( 8 Mile, Shall We Dance ) and Michaela Watkins ( Saturday Night Live, Transparent ), The Unicorn will leave you filled with hope that maybe your next date will be the one who remembers his wallet.

7.30pm for a US comedy seems early.

Promo

Not really. Big Bang Theory, Young Sheldon, Modern Family when it was on Ten as well as many other US comedies have aired in that exact timeslot.

It used to be the standard timeslot but maybe American series won’t work these days.
