Because the football fills the timeslot.

So they can’t air it after the football? There should be a commitment to it in primetime in my opinion.
At 8 or 8.30pm? Seems strange.
Would probably rate higher than Graham Norton.
It would be different but it would have a good lead in.
Yep should totally air post rugby… 7 delayed news on Saturday night due to the Pies vs GWS game and The Project is a nightly staple ala news for 10 so it’s mind boggling as to why they didn’t air it later… stupid decision.

New show Behind the Sash premieres on 10Peach on Saturday, October 26, and repeated on the main channel at 8am the next day. According to the show’s website, it is a documentary series developed to shine a light on issues of injustice affecting women and children in Australia and abroad, while searching for 10 women to compete for Mrs Australia.
Singer and radio host Lucy Holmes (best known for her 100% Kylie shows) is involved.
The new season of NCIS premieres Sunday October 13.

Lucky timing with the debut of Jamie’s Ultimate Veg this Thursday, as this week is the seventh annual Meat Free Week in support of Bowel Cancer Australia. Jamie Oliver is a supporter.

Sorry my mistake, I meant the 13th.
Jamie’s book titled ‘Veg’ is also out now. Probably why they chose to screen his series at this moment.
I doubt it’s lucky, it will have been more than deliberate I’m sure.
