I can’t wait for this. As a Survivor fan, I am lucky enough to be flying to LA tomorrow for the event. Can’t wait to see the difference between our live finale and the US 
The atmosphere here at the live finale is crazy.
Jeff Probst said that filming of Survivor 52 would start in the next few days.
The live final atmosphere was great but the production error was a major SNAFU. Hard to believe it could happen.

Jeff Probst is slamming prediction market platforms like Kalshi and Polymarket for allowing users to make trades about who won “Survivor” Season 50, saying that the companies are “incentivizing people to lie, cheat and steal to get ahead.”
Aubry Bracco wasn’t officially crowned as the Sole Survivor of “Survivor 50” until the finale on Wednesday night, but many fans were spoiled on her win in advance due to widely circulated reports about her odds on Kalshi and Polymarket. On both platforms, she was forecast to have above an 80% chance of winning before the season even premiered. By the finale, Kalshi’s “Survivor” market had reached a volume of $32.7 million, with Bracco at 97% odds.
So in other words, a real life version of Survivor…
The stuff up in the finale was bad. I just don’t understand how that happened.
All in all though a great season. Cirie would have been my ideal pick as the winner (what a great game she played) but out if the 3 Aubrey deserved it. Chrissy and Stephenie were absolutely painful on that jury trying to spruk up Jonathan.
Excited for the direction the show is going for 51 onwards, the “open era” as Jeff calls it. It sounds like they will be less on the repetitive format of 40 onwards, and each season will take different elements used before to be less predictable. The promo for 51 clearly showed 2 tribes (finally!) and an old school style marooning. Nobody is wearing a buff in that first scene either, so may not be predetermined tribes (school yard pick like Palau?).
