This show was the only new content that 9Go! aired when it was on there. Now it’s just going to be another channel filled with more repeats. No wonder why it rates low. :expressionless_face:

I think the move to Stan is particularly interesting given it appears Nine previously had a short window on BVOD post its linear airing, before it went to Paramount+.

Given it’ll now be behind a paywall, will be interesting to see if that arrangement changes.

I just think it’s a dodgy time to make this change when they’ve fast-tracked every season on 9Go! for years. Now for the long anticipated Season 50, they’re locking a lot of viewers out by putting it behind a paywall.

If they wanted to go in that direction, they should’ve started with Season 51 when Survivor begins a new era. Yes clearly they see 50 as a chance to make money but it’s more likely to frustrate people and turn off viewers who might’ve come back for the milestone season.

It’s possible the exclusivity only applies to initial fast-track rights, similar to how 9Go! handled it… but it’s still annoying.

If no one wants to pay to watch it on Stan, I think it still goes on 10 Play after for free eventually. :slightly_smiling_face:
