The first 90 minutes of the show were largely devoted to Comm GAmes coverage though there were live crosses to Glasgow later as well.

What does he mean “why would you rock the boat?”. It was openly reported - and hasnt been shut down - that he personally met with Nine executives. Sounds like Nine didn’t want him (or they played him with a public meeting!) but that he would have definitely jumped if offered.

It was just very light banter. They just were discussing about a story that aired prior to the break and how it was hard to follow along. Nothing ground breaking just thought it was interesting.

I think 7 would be trying to retain Hugh in whatever role they can. Evidently he will be chief reporter whenever Chris Reason retires… so until then they have to keep him busy.

Watched an old video from sunre where the promos ended with the slogans “Wake up with friends”,“Because we’re family” and “People you know”, they should do a new promo with the people you know bit, poking fun at the the today revolving door lol
