I’m pretty sure it’s called RLA.

Isn’t Centre Court their name for their main feed?

Or they just copied the Wimbledon copy?

Anyone else just have Stan Sport dropout in the middle of the Walton/Alcaraz match? On 4K centre court stream?

THE WORLD’S MOST FAMOUS FOOTBALL TROPHY HEADING DOWN UNDER

Football fans across Australia are set for a historic encounter this March as the iconic Premier League Trophy embarks on a massive 10-day tour across the East Coast. Bringing the magic of English football directly to fans, the tour promises an unforgettable celebration of the global game.

Accompanying the trophy will be a world-renowned Premier League Legend, whose identity will be revealed in the coming weeks.

Spanning Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, the tour is set to unite the Australian football community through an action-packed schedule of events, including fan festivals, grassroots club visits and pub activations.

The tour will shine a spotlight on community football, with local clubs across the three host cities able to enter a dedicated grassroots competition. One club per city will be selected to host the Premier League Trophy and a special guest, creating a memorable night for players, coaches and families alike.

The tour coincides with the business end of the Premier League season, with the title race still alive and every match full of significance. Fans can catch every match live and exclusive on Stan Sport. Keep up to date with all the latest on the tour via @stansportfc on Instagram.

While it’s great that Aussie fans get to see the Premier League trophy for the first time, the dates coincide with the Women’s Asian Cup in Australia. Is Stan trying to upstage the tournament?

I am sure people can focus on two things at once.
Looking at a trophy and getting a picture taken isn’t likely to take much attention off the women’s games.

No we can’t its a proven fact - sorry girls, the Premier League trophy is in town! (sarcasm)

It’s probably not a bad time to have it here, to be honest - its a good way to try and convert some new fans

Particularly just before a World Cup

Not the first time is it?

Channel 9 and Stan are hopeless you can’t even watch full Replays for a Month after the games I’m only up to day 2 and the Replays I think last up to 2 weeks after each day Pathetic maybe it’s the IOC Broadcast Rights seems Stupid?

It’s a lump of metal. I don’t think any genuine football fan would be that interested - trophies are about who wins them, not the silverware itself. Probably a replica anyway.

Stan Sport has picked up the rights to the WTA with coverage beginning on Saturday with the Indian Wells tournament. Looks like they’ll share the rights with Bein Sports (i.e., the existing rights holder).

Hope they get ATP as well. :hand_with_index_finger_and_thumb_crossed:

Big get to complement their Grand slam Tennis rights

I believe it’s only what beIN agrees to sublicense, which wouldn’t amount to much.

Checking the “Live & Upcoming“ tab shows only generic feeds, nothing about individual matches. They probably get the at-large world feed that moves around match-to-match.

It’s too early to say whether that’s the case. Stan generally has generic listings for tennis until the day before when they’ll be replaced by individual match feeds.
