Week 8
Nine’s upward trajectory continued this week in news, up 10,000 form the previous week. ABC was 14,000 higher as well while 10 was down 28,000 and Seven dropped by 48,000.
Compared to week 8 of 2024, BVOD results were again a standout. Nine was up 14% with ABC and 10 also improved.
Per market results (excl Friday) saw Nine ahead in the 5-city market by a significant 70,000 and along the east coast. Nine is opening up a big lead in Sydney.
Comparisons are available for Seven and Nine and you will remember this year’s numbers included BVOD so all bulletins should be higher to some extent. A 2% rise for Seven is really going backwards while Nine is up an impressive 19% including by 28% in Perth.
