Don’t live in regional Qld but I’ve heard they are running Love You Qld promos again focusing on local personalities and where they holiday.
Hmmm… think I suggested something similar months ago and it got poo-poo-ed on here.

Would really like to see the presentation of the multichannels changed. It was so consistent across the channels beforehand with the arrow/chevron, now it is all over the place.
Perhaps they don’t have the money to do so, or want to spend the money on something more important?

Correct, I think they’ve only been running for a week and have only seen a couple of different ones so far. Jo Desmond loves Magnetic Island and Katie Toney loves Western Qld.

Brisbane could quite easily do some for the SEQ corner. Great idea to get people travelling within Qld again. My take was more for a “feel good” promo, but it can do both.

Something like this doesn’t really “cost money”
It’s all done by in house staff who are already getting paid. It’s more just allocating time against it, and workflow. A separate budget would not be set for this kind of thing, it’s just kind of “absorbed” into the overall costs

Also dependent on staff having available time to work on that (what would be the opportunity cost?). If they are already run hard, they might not be able to allocate the hours thus the cost of doing that.

Wonder if the multi-channels’ presentation will be updated from Sunday then?
NB/ Unless she was just unavailable at time of recording, Shae Brewster didn’t do the latest 7flix V/Os, the new female Seven V/O did.
Yet 7Plus promos (on broadcast and digital with the old style) are still airing with the old V/Os. And heard Matt Wills do the latest BB and AFL promos, do they’re still using him.
It’s all a red hot mess atm!
