There was a brief teaser at the end of last night’s bulletin showing a sit down interview between Murph and Kim Millar which has just finished airing. Gives a few more shots of the set too and was a decent length interview however just after when Kim threw to Nick Kelly for the sports preview she was already holding back the tears.
Going to be a big night ahead for TNT9 I think and a few tears.
A great ending with the music only for the montage on closing too with a very nice touch right at the end but I guess we’ll have to wait until the upload to 7plus “on the line”.

Yep, whoever thought of that whole thing with letting him have the final word and that closer was onto a winner. I think many people have cried for their first ever weatherman tonight!

I do find it strange and a little disappointing that Sunrise or a show similar didn’t have him on for an interview!
Just caught up on last night’s Cheap Seats and he doesn’t get let out much! He took over the show for a while there. Was great to show Tasmania with a good sense of humour and in a good light for once.
I knew that Jo, Kim, and the other hosts like to play around and be funny with his jokes but I didn’t know it got that extreme! “Why don’t we put you in the hole next time!” and “Give me strength!” LOL 
Yep, often they just couldn’t ignore them and would often fire something back and there were definitely some good ones. I like that they went through and had some old ones and even had one with Louise in there too later on.
