I’ve been checking every Sunday and Monday to see if this was the week and just saw the 5pm update with Kim. Looks good, can’t wait to see the whole thing.

Definitely saw this coming, but seeing it happen now? Still caught me off guard!
This is probably the best thing that has happened to Seven Tasmania so far. Now all they need to do is launch dedicated TV livestreams on 7plus for Hobart and Launceston (or even just one of them) and we’re done.
I’m honestly so proud that Tasmania is finally getting this refresh, and I’m also proud for the on-air and off-air team who have worked to get this new-look bulletin up and running.

What’s wrong with me being proud of a new-look Nightly News? Seems to me you’d like me to be negative about these changes rather than be positive.
So again, what’s wrong with appreciating a new look for Tasmania’s most-watched news service? 
Nothing wrong with appreciating a relaunch but being proud just sounds condescending and weird. I’m glad you can now finally enjoy your news service being with the rest of the country.

If I didn’t edit those Wiki pages, some people would think the Nightly News name still exists!

Was about to post snapshots but not sure how to make two columns of pictures.
Ohhh the set actually looks way better in those colours! Makes the set look bigger! And good to some influence from 7 already, using some new angles!
