Gorgeous in this colour scheme. Similar glow up when Seven News RQLD was given the same palette.

Great to see that even with all the changes - and there have been plenty over recent months that are more than just graphics - that the local and familiar feel is still remaining.

I’m proud to be a viewer!

Wish they’d be a bit less scared of showing anything Hobart or Launceston, they could easily rotate through title cards for each major centre, and have something a little more exciting for the backdrop.

It’s the one single thing WIN have going for them, the slightly nicer title card.

What it looks like when the graphics are expecting a location but it’s not there.

Are we going to keep doing this? Great… :winking_face_with_tongue::wink:

For those in metro areas, is this the usual way you throw to breaks with no graphics? I don’t think we’re used to it, especially with the audio being a bit louder than it should.

We can’t see what your talking about.

As in: there was a “here’s the break” bumper just after Kim gives the upcoming stories. Now it just goes from the upcoming stories straight into the adverts. Similar thing with coming back from the break, just a cut (or a dissolve) with no bumper like it used to be. Is that how it’s done in metro markets?

Oh yes sadly. Not sure why.

Good to see new mics from day 1 too.

Oops sorry! :laughing::joy:

That looks much better! Love the updated graphics and colours! I’m in love with them already! :smiling_face_with_sunglasses: :heart: :+1:

Next up… Hobart.[1]

The mics look to be the same ones always used.

Is the backdrop the same tv previously used but closer to Kim?

Overall looks like 7 news finally hits tasmania.

Prob time to be rid of the nightly news tagline
