Looks like a very small studio.
I don’t think a standard set would even fit within there.
No different to 10 News Melbourne, except their set looks fantastic.

Mark welcomed Matt back aswell. Actually looks like banter between Mark & Matt is gonna work. The banter isn’t awkward compared to the Mark & Mel banter. This is Good!

Fantastic return by Matt White. Presentation, authority and a more natural dialogue with Fergo even if the latter has more work to do.
I’m torn though, I like Mark but he really needs to “come out of his shell”. I don’t know what it is; smile and laugh more?? More body movement? Perhaps Seven can actually utilise their set and maybe have Fergo out from behind the desk more. (Where is the vertical screen?? ABC Parramatta can teach them a few things)

Mark does the standing presentation on the odd occasion. Was heavily utilised back when the set first launched. Ever since 2024.. barely used.
I mean - Mark may not be everyone’s favourite but he did do better with the banter with Matt compared to Mel
Maybe… Mel should go to weekends? Because White is proving he is worthy of getting that 6pm position
Some strange presenter scheduling tonight in Brisbane. Michelle Jensen presenting weather from the Gabba with sports presenter, Steve Titmus, in studio. You’d think Steve would be better off at the Cricket than Michelle.

It was fun to see Fergo a bit more ‘quippy’ than he usually is. I think he just needs to loosen up a bit for the lighter stories and throwaways - of course, maybe he’s found his delivery, and he’s been in the job for a while now, who knows?
