Monday- Thursday: Angie Asmus is presenting weather on Sydneyâs 4pm and 6pm news this week
Tuesday 10 March-
Jane Bunn presenting Melbourne weather from the Melbourne Fashion Festival in the City tonight.
Angie will probably be going on leave soon, so it wouldnât overly surprise me if (similar to how Jayne Azzopardi presented a full week of Sydney 6pm news bulletins before going on leave from Nine) this is a case of Seven ensuring that she gets a decent amount of time on-air before the inevitable farewells with flowers happen.
Angie is expecting her first child in May.

Sunrise weekend weather presenter James Tobin did a live cross on tonightâs bulletin from Aspen, Colorado on Australianâs in lockdown in the U.S.
Friday-Saturday: Sally Bowrey is presenting weather on Sydneyâs 6pm news
Youâd imagine that Sally will most likely be Sydneyâs 2nd-in line weather presenter when Angie Asimus goes on leave?
For someone who isnât a âregularâ news reporter, reckon Tobin did a good job with his live cross
Saturday 14 March-
Sally Bowrey is presenting 5pm News.
Angela Tsun presented solo in Perth tonight.
The Sunday Telegraphâs Phil Rothfield writes that Seven has signed up a couple more former NRL players for its NRL news coverage. Brett Kimmorley, Mark Geyer, Tim Mannah, Robbie Farah, Craig Wing and Bill Harrigan will join Michelle Bishop and Jim Wilson for the 2020 season.
Geez, thatâs a lot of former players for a non-rights holder. Looking to get the FTA broadcasting rights for the NRL when theyâre next up for grabs, Seven?
No.
