Ah damn I missed it. Wait was Amelia in Sydney or Adelaide?

Did you manage to record the news last night? If you could upload a montage that would be great thanks.

Mike Amor awarded.

Ever since Seven’s new Head of News & CA took over, I’ve noticed journalists being sent on foreign assignment are only from Sydney?

Very disappointed not seeing Nick McCallum in his regular Gallipoli role.

There musn’t be many left in Sydney (Robert Ovadia - Gallipoli, Chris Reason - Flandersfields & Sean Berry - Iraq).

Perhaps Nick McCallum, Laurel Irving, Michael Felgate etc. will be used at the Shrine of Rememberance, Anzac Day march & MCG for AFL for Seven?

I thought that lesser/more moderate efforts for ANZAC Day coverage this year were to be expected (not just from Seven, but all networks) compared to what we saw for the “100th Year of ANZAC” last year.

She was in Adelaide!

Sorry, I’m not in Sydney at the moment. Won’t be back until the end of May but can do one then!

The problem is that they have swung from one extreme to the other if the guides are to be believed and they aren’t even bothering to air the Gallipoli dawn service.

All they need is somebody in the studio (or even better, out in the plaza with the cenotaph in the background) to read an introduction, take the feed from Turkey and then do a nice little montage to end with. It’s not hard.

…And this morning a story about “Sydney terror teen arrested” with NO Chris Reason or Rob Ovadia available

New supers on seven morning news … Blue… Anzac Day thing? Or an update?

Assuming its for Anzac Day, and if its not, then they screwed up bad (they don’t match anything else! Otherwise I don’t mind them)

Why does it have to be them? Can no one else report these stories?

[/quote] I would say it is just for Anzac Day. Too simple for my liking.

Yeah…I think those are just special ANZAC Day coverage supers. From memory, the exact same ones were used last year but in a different colour scheme.

A bit odd how the “NEWS” has been taken off the Seven logo there too, not sure what the go is there!

Your point being?

Because it’s usually always them reporting those stories? :disappointed: {cough, cough}

Usually or always? Can’t be both.

Sally Bowrey presented the Morning News today.

I keep sing posts on 7’s facebook page, with Ryan Phelan anchoring news. Has he been doing bulletins?
