The 7News Adelaide skycam has obviously seen better days. Why even bother having one if they’re not going to use it? It’s just sitting, getting dirty; soon enough, it will be so dirty, what is even the point of using it for the weather?

Wonder if Seven and other networks will use the original Seven Sport footage from the early 2000s’ Melbourne Cups in tonight’s bulletin, following legend Makybe Diva’s passing today.
Will be interesting to see how current rights holder Nine handle it and also whether they’ll air Greg Miles’ famous “a champion becomes a legend” call.
Also included a young Michael Felgate interviewing in 2005, following her third straight win.
