7 Brisbane really should create some promos around their local talent - news, Creek to Coast, Weekender, Sunrise corespondents, AFL commentators etc.
Along the lines of the old Love You Brisbane/Qld promos. Local identity is really missing.
A news promo just featuring their team would be good too.

The winner of 7News Melbourne’s best Christmas lights competition was announced on tonight’s bulletin. Matthew Baker from Mount Martha won the competition and received a $5000 voucher from Alinta Energy.

Often in the national bulletins you could see an Australia Post tub underneath the desk for paper recycling as well as an angled stand. Maybe someone thought it should be covered.

last night Seven aired (another) look back at 2025. Shown in all markets except Brisbane - perhaps because of Flashback airing QLD didn’t need the filler.

Brisbane promos featuring Sarah and Max are on very high rotation.. like every single commercial break! Probably due to the fact that apart from cricket, Sunrise, The Chase and return of Home and Away, there’s not much else to promote atm.
Could’ve been a good time for a fresh news promo or a general channel 7 one
