Seven News Brisbane opener tonight showed images from the Gold Coast set and had the wrong graphic “Mask Mandate” while the voice over described wild weather. Subsequently the voice over didn’t match the images on screen.

The sensationalism technique worked for QTQ. BTQ won’t copy that one good to be No. 1. 
Seven Gold Coast News will continue during the Commonwealth Games though there will be an adjustment to the Gold Coast Schedule with a 30 Minute version of The Chase being shown from 5pm due to Commonwealth Games highlights. The Chase episode will be different to the rest of the network according to the episode numbers.

Nice Barilaro exclusive on Seven News Sydney tonight. Quite a contrast to how Nine covered the story painting him as a hard done by victim and ignoring the extent of the assault on the cameraman.
Good job by 7 but unsure how the story on 9 was at all sympathetic to the ex-politician? He seemed to cop a fair whack. They were limited to a three second social media video so used his radio interview more than the scuffle what 7 had multi cameras at.

Not for a while - Queensland used to have than but First at 4 has been replaced. Now when going to a break it’s a promo for the 6pm news.

Didn’t think so. Maybe it’s something they should consider again for exposure? Pretty sure 9 still does their radio simulcast.
