Actually like the new theme - finally Seven. Would have been great for a graphics change though. Will tune in to see if Adelaide has any changes.
Ugh the graphics are so ugly and hardly match the calibur of the new set.

Don’t like the red shades on the sides.
Remembering the new ratings don’t start till Sunday maybe the new graphics will be launch then -

Yet another failure from Seven News! Every other news service in town has moved on from chroma key weather, now Seven really need to do the same IMO!

It’s a shame actually if the set had a live shot and they utilised the plasmas on the side for live crosses, standing story presentation, and put a decent graphic on the front of the desk it actually would look great.
Seems to me like that its more a Sunrise set that the news just uses than its own set, because its not being used correctly.
Really disappointed in the direction, I thought 2016 would be Sevens year of resurgence but it still seems things are being done in the old way and there is no creativity or innovation being brought in or trialed. 
It’s frustrating as a viewer.

It looks like they’ve finally got a jib/crane with an autocue on it in Sydney. Nice to see something other than a static headshot.

Well the VO has been changed, it sounds like the bloke that was previously doing VO’s over East. The one who also did Master Chef
The VO sounds like Rodger Climpson in Sydney.
I really don’t get you guys, this set is lightyears ahead of previous ones, and the new theme is excellent. It is all very NBC Nightly News, something many have always requested, and now you don’t like it.
I agree the GFX need to match the set and theme now, but it’s on the right track.
