Time for Seven to move The Goldbergs Season 5 to Weekend Early Evenings On 7flix because getting it On the Main Channel is Hopeless with Modern Family Repeats now Settled, Oh Looking Forward to Little Big Shots S2.
On paper it looks like a reasonably good schedule, lots of variety, including new Highway Patrol. But not sure if all will rate well or not, against The Block and Survivor (initially) composition.

If Dance Boss flops, Seven will be back in the same 2nd half ratings hole they were in last year - something their executives were adamant at the 2018 upfront wouldnât happen againâŚ

They seem to be attached to it. Maybe the wives of some of the network executives are fans and have asked for it to stay on air.
I think almost anything would beat it - perhaps Seven are playing on the train wreck principle - hoping people will want to look away but canât. I think Modern Family repeats could do a lot better for Seven in that slot - a least give viewers something to laugh at

Sevenâs true / doco unit seems unnecessarily large, how many bloody of these shows are there?! Still making new filler episodes every year are they? Highway patrol, Border, Force, Beach cops, cops this, cops that 
Did the last season of Highway Patrol (which kept stopping and starting) even finish?

Itâs local content, and collectively theyâre more interesting than the same reality show stripped four or five nights a week.
No doubt theyâre pretty cost effective too.
